A new study prepared on behalf of the North American television and advertising industry says that it is likely that television as we know it will end. TV will move to the internet, making it poossible to download and store programs or watch streaming television on the internet. This will have a major effect on advertising revenvue, and will change the business models in the industry, The question is, as with so many industries since the advent of the information age, can our existing broadcasters survive?
