This article is some verification that countries in Africa may be able to leapfrog the industrial age because of wireless technology and prosper in the technology age. Nigeria is an example of a country that ten years ago didn't even have a fully functioning landline telephone system. Now cell phones are rampant and Internet Cafes are springing up around the country. It's good news for them - and for the rest of us.
